It’s almost time for the largest Startup Games competition nationwide to kick off in Austin, Texas this Saturday. Eighteen startups will be participating in the tournament-style competition for their favorite charities, including AdAction Interactive. Kevin Brogan, AdAction’s Manager of Publisher Relations and co-captain/hype man sat down with Built In Austin to talk about how we’ve been preparing for this event over the past year.

“We feel pretty confident going into the games,” said Kevin. “But we have the added pressure of living up to our Denver office, the 2018 Denver Startup Games Champions, or else we will never hear the end of it.”

To get ready for the competition our Austin office has been practicing their skills on Nintendo 64, participated in a city-wide cornhole league, and fine-tuned their flip cup artistry during our staff retreat.
