This May, we’re excited to be celebrating our five-year anniversary. In an industry as young and fast-paced as mobile, a company reaching its fifth year in business while leading the mobile app industry is nothing short of impressive and we show no signs of slowing down.

Over the years, we have been recognized by esteemed attribution partners across the industry as a top-15 media source in four consecutive performance index reports, ranked a top-25 ad network in gaming retention and power ranking, and listed as one of the best ad networks in mobile two years back-to-back.

We’re on top of our industry game, but AdAction also continues to grow from within. With 103 percent year-over-year employee growth, we wouldn’t be where we are today without our people. Here’s what some of our amazing team members have to say about working at AdAction:

"Everyday I feel that AdAction is the place I’m meant to be more and more. It’s fun to be a part of this team and try new things. Coming from a different industry, this is definitely something that’s exciting and new — and we rock it."
- Conor Moloney, Manager of Monetization & Publisher Recruitment
"My favorite thing about working at AdAction is definitely the people. We have an amazing staff and an amazing culture. You really want to come in and work hard for everybody whether they're in your department or in [another office]. It’s a super awesome family we have here."
- Ben Courtney, Senior Traffic Analyst
"No two days are the same. Everything is exciting, fast-paced, and challenging and I love it!"
- Meg Quirk, Product Manager
"My favorite thing about coming in to work is knowing that I can make an impact everyday."
- Max Shill, Vice President of Media Operations
"I like that there are new priorities all the time. You can accomplish great things in a quick lifecycle and move on to the next. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, but there's always something exciting around the corner."
- Kevin Fox, CFO & COO

With an impressive fleet of awards including recognition as one of the 50 Colorado Startups to Watch by Built In Colorado and the Best Tech Startup to Work For in Denver by Zippia, 95 percent of our employees say this is a great place to work and we have the certification to prove it. AdAction’s workplace culture is definitely one to match.

“AdAction is the perfect fit for me because ultimately I just get to be me,” said Dianne Wright, Manager of People & Culture. “AdAction does a great job of embracing each individual and the strengths they bring to the table. It’s a comfortable place that feels like a home away from home.”

Throughout five years, AdAction has volunteered 650 hours with over 185 hours this year alone, gave $8,500 in charitable donations in 2017, and hosted more than 35 staff events each year. Some of the favorites include karaoke, axe throwing, curling, Nerf wars, boat parties, pub crawls, weekly lunches, and lavish staff retreats to Mexico and Palm Springs.

“I hope to see AdAction continue to strive in the ways that we are now, by coming up with new ideas and continuing to grow our team,” said Miranda Moore, Senior Marketing & Public Relations Manager. “I just want to see us follow that same vision and become a one of a kind company. Not only on the business side, but on the culture side — really owning can’t stop, won’t stop.”

While we have a handful of accomplishments under our belt, we won’t be slowing down anytime soon as we embrace our motto, “Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop.” Here’s to many more years leading the mobile industry. Happy fifth anniversary, AdAction Interactive!
