Junior Business Intelligence Analyst – Lakewood, Colorado

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to develop and maintain dashboards that will provide useful, relevant information for our internal and external business community to maximize opportunities. The candidate will contribute in the client campaign management efforts through frequent reports and delivery of data insights. The candidate will have the aptitude to translate data analysis efforts into actionable insights for the internal and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design analytic dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain internal dashboards that provide actionable insights.
  • Communicate daily/weekly insights to internal and external teams through frequent dashboard delivery. Corresponding via reports, emails, and conference calls.
  • Manage multiple firm deadlines, effectively construct and adhere to a calendar of deliverables.
  • Generate monthly invoice reports through data compilation efforts.
  • Undertake client reconciliation and data integrity issues throughout the invoice process, to increase and preserve company monetary efforts.
  • Monitor daily metrics, program performance, identify anomalies and red flags, and communicate to the appropriate team members.
  • Work on special projects as needed.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required: Mathematics or Data Science.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in an analyst position or relevant work.
  • Detail oriented with a strong analytic aptitude.
  • Ability to translate data analysis efforts into actionable insights.
  • Strong time management skills, to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Formulas, Graphs).
  • Preferred experience with data analytic platform; Google analytics, Tableau, Amazon web services, etc.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to interact well with colleagues.
  • Ability to work well and productively, always projecting a positive outlook in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful, environment.
  • Ability to balance between data needs and requirements for action.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve.

Marketing Coordinator – Lakewood, Colorado

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to spearhead our mobile compliance efforts, along with supporting lead generation, monitoring current accounts, discovering new accounts, and building revenue.  The ideal candidate is detail-driven, analytical, creative, energetic, and passionate about mobile app marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and organize daily tasks and sweep schedules for all live AdAction clients.
  • Daily support for Account Management team and Sales Department.
  • Audit media placement and ensure campaign accuracy.
  • Interact with 3rd party media partners to increase competitive intelligence.
  • Support daily, weekly, and monthly sales projects.
  • Work with Marketing Department to develop and iterate on client reports and deliverables, as needed.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 1-3 years Internet Advertising experience. Mobile app marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are a must.

Publisher Development Coordinator – Lakewood, Colorado

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Publisher Development Coordinator to help oversee and grow our ever-expanding third party media relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Field inbound publisher leads and identify qualified prospects for the Performance Media group.
  • Prospect and qualify new publisher opportunities across search, social, display, and affiliate media channels.
  • Identify appropriate decision makers and set meetings to acquire new business.
  • Monitor initial publisher activity and potential policy/program violations.
  • Conduct competitive research for new and existing publishers.
  • As needed, coordinate activities and resources between internal teams, including sales, account management, operations, and compliance.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • BA/BS required.

Director, Paid Social Media – Austin, Texas

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Social Media marketer and leader to join the AdAction team in our quickly expanding Austin, Texas office. The candidate for Director, Paid Social Media should be a strategic, metrics-driven, and enthusiastic solution-driver who works well in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. With a proven understanding of both digital and social marketing, this role is responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns, driving revenue, and expanding our product offering to our growing list of amazing clients, including Zynga, Yelp, Electronic Arts, Uber, and many others.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop paid media strategies for various mobile app clients across Facebook, Google, Apple, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest platforms.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Account Management to achieve the ideal performance partnership with each advertiser.
  • Manage the real-time bidding strategy of campaigns across traffic sources, utilizing data, targeting, and optimization tools.
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI targets.
  • Provide client-facing reporting, clear communication regarding campaign performance, and identify scalable opportunities.
  • Participate in client interactions, as expert in media buying execution and marketing analytics and measurement, leveraging internal and external tools.
  • Test new creative approaches and technologies, and seek out continuous improvement for content creation.
  • Participate in weekly status calls, quarterly business reviews, and annual meetings, as needed.
  • As appropriate, represent AdAction at designated trade shows and conferences.

  • Act as a thought leader for the media group, around all things social, staying on the pulse of social media trends, changes, and best practices.

  • Manage and build a team of social media specialists.
  • Provide strategic direction, instruction, and guidance to team, for the purpose of achieving company goals.
  • Training and development of internal media buying techniques and practices.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in media strategy and/or media planning and buying.
  • Minimum of 2 years people management experience.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Expertise in current Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and paid Social Media strategies, experience with mobile app marketing a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex campaign requirements into clear media proposals.
  • Thorough knowledge of the dynamics of media.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team structure that fosters collaboration.
